Mug Club Terms & Conditions.

We are pleased that you have become a member of Pint Sized Pub (Bert’s Beer & Wine, Pint Sized Brews, LLC) mug Club. (“PSP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) All PSP memberships are subject to the terms and conditions described below (“Membership Terms”).

Membership: Membership is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, if space is available and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. 

Membership Fee: There is an annual membership fee of $120, payable at the time of enrollment. This fee covers the cost of your Individual mug and provides access to exclusive Mug Club benefits.

Membership Benefits:

  • Individual Mug: Upon enrollment, you will receive a personalized 20oz mug to be kept at PSP. This mug entitles you to special discounts and offers. Upon termination of your membership you may retain your mug.

  • Discounts: As a Mug Club member, your 20oz mug will be used in lue of our standard glass for full pours under 10% ABV, 10% off all purchases of food consumed on premise and 10% off all purchases made at Bert’s Beer & Wine for off-premise consumption.

  • Special Events: You will have exclusive access to members-only events, such as beer tastings, tap takeovers, beer exclusives and special release parties.

  • Insider Updates: Receive regular updates on new beer offerings, menu specials, and upcoming events.

Membership Renewal: Your membership will become renewable on an annual basis. You will be notified prior to the renewal date, and your membership fee will become renewable April 1st of each year and must be paid in full by May 31st of the same year (The Termination date) to be considered valid. Any membership not renewed by the termination date will be forfeit and that membership number will be reassigned. The Mug Club membership is non-refundable for any reason. 

Mug Care: Your personalized mug is for your exclusive use at Pint Sized Pub. Please handle it with care and refrain from taking it off the premises. We reserve the right to revoke membership privileges for misuse or damage to mugs. PSP will maintain your mug on premise and ensure it is maintained according to proper food service standards.. 

Non-transferable: Mug Club memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with others. Your membership benefits are intended solely for your personal enjoyment. We reserve the right to revoke membership privileges for abuse of membership benefits. 

Communication policy:

By enrolling in the PSP Mug Club, you agree to receive communications, including but not limited to promotional offers, newsletters, and event invitations, from PSP via email, SMS, or other means of communication provided. These communications may include information about upcoming events, special promotions, and exclusive offers available to Mug Club members.

You acknowledge that PSP may use the contact information provided at the time of enrollment, including email addresses and phone numbers, to send these communications. You also understand that you have the option to unsubscribe or opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communications.

Waitlist Policy:

In the event that Mug Club memberships reach maximum capacity, a waitlist will be established to accommodate prospective members. In the event there is no waitlist an open enrollment will be offered to the general public by all means reasonable and expedient. Here are the terms and conditions regarding the waitlist:

  • Joining the Waitlist: Prospective members who wish to join the Mug Club but find it at full capacity may request to be added to the waitlist. To join the waitlist, please inquire with a member of our staff.

  • Waitlist Priority: Waitlist priority will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who join the waitlist earliest will be given priority when memberships become available.

  • Notification of Availability: When Mug Club memberships become available, individuals on the waitlist will be notified via email or phone, based on the contact information provided at the time of joining the waitlist.

  • Response Time: Upon notification of availability, individuals on the waitlist will have a specified period (usually 48 hours) to respond and confirm their intent to purchase a Mug Club membership. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the opportunity, and the membership may be offered to the next individual on the waitlist.

  • Membership Enrollment: Once a prospective member confirms their intent to purchase a Mug Club membership from the waitlist, they will be required to complete the enrollment process, including payment of the annual membership fee, within a specified timeframe to secure their membership.

  • Waitlist Removal: If a prospective member no longer wishes to remain on the waitlist, they may request to be removed at any time by contacting PSP.

  • Waitlist Terms Acknowledgment: By joining the waitlist, prospective members acknowledge that while efforts will be made to accommodate them, membership availability is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.

Amendment of Terms: PSP reserves the right to amend these membership terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.

By enrolling in the PSP Mug Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Cheers to great beer and good times!
