Beer Review: The Most Pulpiest Thing in This World

Beer: The Most Pulpiest Thing in This World

Style: Double New England IPA ABV: 8.4%

The Most Pulpiest Thing in This World is a collaboration between Kettlehead Brewing and Modestman Brewing. It's based off of The Most Beautifullist Thing in This World by Modestman, an all citra hopped double IPA. Kettlehead decided to try to replicate that beer but with their twist on it, and wow did they do a good job.

The Most Beautifullist Thing in This World is one of my favorite Modestman beers for a couple reasons. It was my first Modestman beer I ever had and was blown away by it, and it's just a great beer all around. So seeing this collab come back again, I had to get it since I missed out the first time. It pours a rich freshly squeezed OJ color, hence the name and the head just coats the entire glass so it's well carbonated. This beer has a great balance to it all around. It's so smooth and creamy but it has a dank hoppy backbone to it, along with some nice tropical notes. I can't really say what tropical fruit I taste but it's there and it's delicious. This beer just coats your mouth with every sip making you want more.

It's hard to say whether this is better than the original Modestman beer without comparing side-by-side but it's so good, you won't be disappointed if you like New England IPA’s. A top notch brew from two of the best in the state of NH. I have to give this a 4.5 out of 5, based on the untapped rating scale. If you're unfamiliar with untapped it's a beer rating app all the cool kids use.
